HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1926 - 10/27/1987 - ZONING VARIATION/260 VICTORIAORDINANCE NO. 1926 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.54A OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PERTAINING TO STRUCTURES IN THE REQUIRED REAR YARD AREA FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 260 VICTORIA LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (PREO) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3.54A of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village as it pertains to structures in the required rear yard area for property located at 260 Victoria Lane and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation.. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cock and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.54A of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to Frank and Patricia Preo to permit the construction of a deck that would infringe a maximum of nine (9') feet into the required twenty-five (251) foot rear yard on property located at 260 Victoria Lane and legally described as follows: Lot 1174 in Elk Grove Village Section 2, being a Subdivision in the West Half of Section 28, Towhship 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: —S NAYS: —0 ABSENT: APPROVED: Charles J.
