AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1555 BY AMENDING
THE DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE FOR LOT 1 OF PARCEL D OF
VILLAGE ON THE LAKE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, a Final Site Plan for Lot 1 of Parcel D of the Village
on the Lake Planned Unit Development was previously approved by
the President and Board of Trustees on September 23, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a revised Development
Schedule for the balance of the Park Orleans Condominium Planned
Unit Development; and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Building Commissioner
of the Village of Elk Grove Village that the Development Schedule
as amended, be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance 1555, which amended Ordinance No.
1407 by amending the Final Site Plan for Lot 1 of Parcel D of the
Village on the Lake Planned Unit Development is hereby amended by
extending the Development Schedule as follows:

Section 2. That all other provisions of Ordinance No. 1555
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to
publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after is passage, approval and publication according
to law.
