ORDINANCE NO. 1931
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.96 B
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
THEREBY REDUCING THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES
FROM 78 TO 67 ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1101 - 1141 NERGE ROAD
ELK GROVE VILLAGE (LENAGHAN/NERGE CENTER, LTD. PARTNERSHIP)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Elk Grove Village at a public hearing duly called and held according
to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section
3.96 B (5), (10), and (12), Parking in Business Use, to permit
a reduction in the required number of parking spaces for property
located at 1101 - 1141 Nerge Road, Elk Grove Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having
considered the findings of said Zoning Board of Appeals find
and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify
the granting of said variation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of'Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section
3.96 B (5), (10), and (12), as same pertain to Parking in Business
Uses to permit a reduction in the required number of parking
spaces from seventy-eight (78) to sixty-seven (67) on property
located at 1101 - 1141 Nerge Road at legally described as follows:
Lots 5 and 6 in Rohlwing Grove Unit #4,
being a subdivision in the Southwest Quarter
(�i) of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range
11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
in Cook County, Illinois
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
