AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SIDEYARD VARIATION
TO PERMIT THE STORAGE OF A BOAT IN THE SIDEYARD AREA
OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1658 VIRGINIA
DRIVE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (BLANK)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting
duly held and called according to law, considered the question
of granting a variation of Section 3.55 A(2) of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Elk Grove Village as it pertains to sideyard
requirements to permit the storage of a boat in the sideyard
of property located at 1658 Virginia Drive and legally described
hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, after having reviewed the findings of
said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe that sufficient
hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section
3.55 A(2) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village to permit the
storage of a boat in the sideyard of property located at 1658
Virginia Drive and legally described as follows:
Lot 12 in Block 14 in Winston Grove Section 22 South,
being a subdivision in parts of Sections 35 and 36,
Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, according to plat thereof recorded in the
Recorder's Office of Cook County, Illinois, March 30,
1977 as Document 23869152, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
