AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE FROM I=2,
GENERALIZED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO B-3, BUSINESS
DISTRICT (AUTOMOTIVE) (WEBS/SCHMIDT VENTURES, INC.)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, conducted a public hearing
duly called and held according to law, to consider the question
of rezoning certain property, legally described hereinafter,
from I-2 Industrial to B-3 Business; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation
of said Plan Commission, find and believe it to be in the best
interests of the Village that such rezoning be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the property, legally described on Exhibit
A attached hereto and incorporated herein., be and the same is
hereby rezoned from I-2, Generalized Industrial District, to
B-3, Business District (Automotive).
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
amend the zoning map of the Village to reflect the above rezoning.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.

North 41W-281-100 West, along the southerly line of said Lot 1,
246.94 ft., thence North 470Z24'-190 East, 229.28 ft., thence
South 600-41'-01" East, 284.23 ft., to a point of an Easterly
Line of said Lot 1, Thence South 480-31'-50" West, 391.40 ft., to
the point of beginning. All in Cook County, Illinois.
