AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE II, SECTION 14.203,
THREE-WAY AND FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS, OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as
follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.203, Three-way and Four-way Stop
Intersections, of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village
be and the same is hereby amended by adding there the following:
C. All traffic shall stop before entering in or
across the following intersections:
36. Gibson Drive and Vermont Drive
37. Gibson Drive and Biesterfield
38. Gibson Drive and California Street
39. Gibson Drive and Revere Lane
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
for each offense.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
