AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.311A, NO RIGHT TURN OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, BY
PROHIBITING RIGHT TURNS FROM PLUM GROVE ROAD ONTO JULIE DRIVE
AND FROM PLUM GROVE ROAD ONTO UNIVERSITY LANE BETWEEN THE
HOURS OF 6:30 A.M. AND 9:00 A.M., MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Villaop nf Flk Grove Village. Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.311A, No Right Turn, of the Municipal
Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
(c) No operator of any vehicle traveling northbound
on Plum Grove Road shall be permitted to make
a right turn onto Julie Drive between the hours
of 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Monday thru Friday.
(d) No operator of any vehicle traveling northbound
on Plum Grove Road shall be permitted to make a
right turn onto University Lane between the
hours of 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Monday thru
Friday.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
for each offense.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
