AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SPECIAL LOCATION
PARKING PLAN FOR THE STRAWBERRY BILL SHOPPING
PLAZA
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to
law considered the question of recommending the approval of
a special location plan for the Strawberry Hill Shopping Center
located at the northeast corner of Meacham and Biesterfield
Roads, Elk Grove Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, after having reviewed the recommendation
of said Plan Commission, find and believe that it is in the
best interest of the Village that said special location plan
be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the special location plan for Strawberry
Hill Plaza prepared by Rosenzweig Associates, which plan provides
a total of 197 parking spaces for the Strawberry Hill Shopping
Plaza, a copy of said special location plan beirg on file in
the Office of the Village Clerk and incorporated by reference
herein,.be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
