AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SPECIAL LOCATION
PARKING PLAN FOR LANDMEIER/TONNE ROAD SHOPPING
CENTER
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public meeting duly called and held considered
the question of granting a special location parking plan to
the Southland Corporation to permit the Landmeier/Tonne Road
Shopping Center to utilize nine (9) parking spaces from the
Elk Grove Wesleyan Church; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, after having reviewed the recommendation
and finding of said Plan Commission, find and believe it to
be in the best interest of the Village that said special location
parking plan be adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there is hereby approved a special location
parking plan for the Landmeier/Tonne Shopping Center in order
to permit said shopping center to utilize nine (9) parking spaces
of the Elk Grove Wesleyan Church as depicted in a special location
plan, copies of which are on file in the office of the Village
Clerk.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
