AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N'0. 1750 BY PROVIDING FOR THE
RECAPTURE OF FUNDS EXPENDED BY THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
FOR EXTENSION OF WATER AND SEWER UTILITY AS REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE
NOS. 1052 AND 1053 (LOCAL 512 REALTY CORP.)
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village pursuant to Ordinance No.
1750 has annexed certain property to the Village of Elk Grove Village; and
WHEREAS, upon annexation the property herein is subject to the
conditions that the owner comply with Recapture Ordinance Nos. 1052 and
1053.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6, of Ordinance No. 1750 be and the same
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
"That the Owner comply with Ordinance Nos. 1052 and
1053 which supersedes Ordinance No. 878", which
Ordinance requires a payment of One Thousand Ten
($1,010.00) Dollars for each acre or a pro -rata amount
for a portion of an acre as repayment for the Village's
extension of the water utility system; and a payment of
Seven Hundred Sixty-five ($765.00) Dollars for each
acre or a pro -rata amount for a portion of an acre as
repayment for the Village's extension of said sewer
utility system.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall,be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

ABSENT: 1
