AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, SECTION 14.337A,
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE PERTAINING TO WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS FOR
VEHICLES TRAVELING ON BIESTERFIELD ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove
Village be and the same is hereby amended by amending Section 14.337A,
paragraph "d" and adding paragraph "e" as following:
d. Higgins Road, Arlington Heights Road
Devon Avenue and Rohlwing Road.
e. Biesterfield Road lying east of
Rohlwing Road.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
for each offense.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
