HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1850 - 11/11/1986 - ZONING VARIATION/1885 HAWK LNORDINANCE NO. 1850 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 5.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO WINDEMERE HOLDINGS, LTD. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1885 HAWK LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a two (2') foot variation of Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance at it relates to miniumum lot widths at the front yard line to permit the construction of a single family residence for property located at 1885 Hawk Lane, and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of E1k.Grove Village, after having reviewed the findings of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there is hereby granted a two (21) foot variation of Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance as it relates to minimum lot widths at the front yard line to the Windemere Holdings, Ltd. to permit the construction of a single `amily residence on property located at 1885 Hawk.Lane, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows: Lot 310 in Stape's Subdivision, being a Subdivision of part of the Northeast 4 of Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1 ATTEST: Patricia S.
