AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.101 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY ADDING A
NEW MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH
BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 7.101 Creation - appointment of
Article I, Board of Health of the Municipal Code of the Village
of Elk Grove Village is hereby amended to read as follows:
7.101 Creation - appointment. There is
hereby created the Board of Health of the
Village. The Board of Health shall consist
of nine (9) members who shall be appointed
by the President by and with the advice
and consent of the Board of Trustees. One
of said members shall be appointed President
of the Board of Health.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
