AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE HAMILTON LAKES VILLAGE
FINAL PLAT - PHASE ONE
WHEREAS, Crow/Chasewood Development Company, has petitioned
the Village for approval of the Hamilton Lakes Village Final
Plat - Phase One, which Plat is in substantial conformance with
the preliminary Plat previously approved by the Village; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village has reviewed said Final Plat and has recommended to
the President and Board of Trustees that said Final Plat be
approved by the Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village find and believe and that all of the conditions
and regulations set forth in Section 4.23 of the Zoning Ordinance
relating to approval of Final Plats have been adhered to.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage,,Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Hamilton Lakes Village Final Plat -
Phase One, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office
of the Village Clerk, be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is authorized to record
the original Plat with the Cook County Recorder of Deeds.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTES: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1
