AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 1.2 ACRE PARCEL OF PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LANDMEIER ROAD, WEST
OF BUSSE ROAD, FROM B-3 BUSINESS TO I-1 INDUSTRIAL
(BONDIOLI)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to
law considered the question of rezoning a 1.2 acre parcel of
property located on the north side of Landmeier Road west of
Busse Road from B-3 Business to I-1 Industrial; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, after having reviewed the findings and
recommendation of said Plan Commission, find and believe it
to be in the best interest of the Village that said property
be rezoned I-1 Industrial.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois,as follows:
Section 1: That the 1.2 acre parcel of property located
on the north side of Landmeier Road, west of Busse Road, which
property is legally described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from B-3 Business District
to I-1 Restricted Light Industrial and shall be subject to all
of the conditions and regulations of the I-1 Light Industrial
District.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to amend the zoning map of the Village to incorporate the rezoning
as set forth herein.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.

That part of Lot 2 in 3rd Bondioli Subdivision being a subdivision
in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
27, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, described as follows: beginning at the Northwest
corner thereof; thence South OOo 24' 00" West along the West
line of said Lot 2 for a distance of 253.14 feet; thence South
890 59' 23" East parallel with the North line of said Lot for
a distance of 135.0 feet to the East line of said lot; thence
North Oo 24' 00" East along said East line 253.14 feet to the
Northeast corner thereof; thence North 890 59' 23" West along
the North line of said lot for a distance of 135.0 feet to the
point of beginning, in Cook County, Illinois.
