HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1863 - 1/13/1987 - ZONING VARIATION/522 BRYNHAVENNO. 1963 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 5.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PERTAINING TO MINIMUM REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 522 BRYNHAVEN STREET, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (KLINGBIEL) WHEREAS, the Elk Grove Village to law considered minimum rear yard Ordinance of the addition on prope Village; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of at a public meeting duly called and held according the question of granting a variation of the requirements of Section 5.1 of the Zoning Village to permit the construction of a room rty located at 522 Brynhaven Street, Elk Grove President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the finding and recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to grant a nine (9') foot variation of said rear yard requirements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a nine (9') foot variation of the minimum twenty (20') foot rear yard requirement set forth in Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to Jon and Patricia Klingbiel to permit the construc- tion of a room addition on property located at 522 Brynhaven Street, Elk Grove Village, and legally described as follows: Lot 301 in Elk Grove Village Section 1, North, a subdivision in the southeast quarter (SEh) of Section 21, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to plat thereof recorded January 21, 1957 as Docket No. 16806228, and filed in the office of the Registrar of Titles in Cook County, January 21, 1957 as Document No. LR1718827, Cook County, IL. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1 APPROVED: Charles J.
