DEVONORDINANCE NO. 1864 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.96-B PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6. E. DEVON, ELK GROVE VILLAGE(RICCHIO/BOLGER) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3.96-B of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a reduction of eight (8) parking spaces on property located at 6 E. Devon, Elk Grove Village and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the finding and recom- mendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.96-B Parking Space Requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to permit a reduction in the number of required parking spaces by eight (8) on property located at 6 E. Devon, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows: Lot One in Bolger's Resubdivision Unit 10, being a Subdivision in the East half of the Southeast quarter of Section Thirty-two, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded January 23, 1984 as Document No. 26939495, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 5— NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1 APPROVED: Charles J.
