AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 5.82G,
BULK REGULATIONS, TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
OF FOUR (4) SILOS SEVENTY-ONE (71') AND TWO (2") INCHES
IN HEIGHT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1301 ESTES AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(L. KARP & SONS, INC.)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Elk Grove Village at a public hearing duly called and held according
to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section
5.82G, Bulk Regulations, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
to permit the construction and installation of four (4) silos
seventy-one (71') feet and two (2") inches in height on property
located at 1301 Estes Avenue, and legally described hereinafter;
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having considered the findings and
recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe
that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting
of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section
5.82G, Bulk Regulations, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Elk Grove Village to permit the construction of four (4)
silos, each seventy-one feet two inches (71'2") in height, on
property located at 1301 Estes Avenue, Elk Grove Village and
legally described as follows:
Lot 1 in Karps Resubdivision being a resub-
division of Lot 230 in Centex Industrial
Park, Unit 120, being a subdivision in the
north half of Section 34, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian.
Also the west 126.60 feet (measured at right
angles to the west line thereof) of Lot
105 in Centex Industrial Park Unit 74 being
a subdivision of part of the north half
of Section 34, Township 41 North, Range
11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
