HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1870 - 2/10/1987 - ADOPTING A VACATION/WINDEMERE SUBORDINANCE NO. 1870 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A VACATION OF PART OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LOT LINE OF LOT 111 IN THE WINDEMERE SUBDIVISION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois: Section 1: That approval is hereby given to a vacation of the North 3 feet of the South 10 feet, except the West 10 feet, of Lot 111 in Stape's Subdivison, being a subdivision of part of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth. Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said document for and in the name of the Village and attached thereto the corporate seal. Section 3: That the Village Clerk of the Village of Elk Grove Village is hereby directed to record a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois. Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this 10th APPROVED this 10th ATTEST: Patricia S. The lot is commonly known as 780 Schooner Lane, Elk Grove Village, Illinois. (see attached exhibit "A") The Village of Elk Grove Village agrees to vacate its easement rights as described on this Vacation of Easement. Charles J.
