AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A STRUCTURE 2_42 FEET AND 3_19 FEET INTO THE
REQUIRED FRONT YARD ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1750 BUSSE ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting
duly called and held according to law considered the question
of granting a variation of Sections 3.54 A and E and Section
5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance as they pertain to structures and
their required front yard setback of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village to permit construction in the required front yard
to Metropolitan Self -Storage Limited, Partnership - 1986 with
respect to property located at 1750 Busse Road and legally
described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation
and findings of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe
that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting
of said variation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section
3.54 A and E and Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance as they
pertain to structures and their required front yard setback
to permit construction 2.42 feet and 3.19 feet in the required
front yard for property located at 1750 Busse Road and legally
described as follows:
Lot 1 in Rollins Subdivision, being a re-
subdivision of Lots 370 and 371 (except
the North 187.63 feet of said Lots) in Centex
Industrial Unit 225, being a Subdivision
in Section 34, Township 41 North, Range
11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
