AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #1852
THEREBY APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL PLAT FOR THE
HAMILTON LAKES VILLAGE - PHASE ONE
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village pursuant to Ordinance
#1852 duly passed and approved by the President and Board of
Trustees on the 11th day of November, 1986 approved a Final
Plat for the Hamilton Lakes Village - Phase One; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested that the President
and Board of Trustees consider certain minor changes to said
Plat, said changes being reflected on the amended Final Plat
prepared by Bollinger, Lach and Biancalana, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village find and believe that said changes are
minor in nature and it is in the best interest of the Village
to approve same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance #1852 of the Village of Elk
Grove Village is hereby amended and the amended Hamilton Lakes
Village Final Plat - Phase One, three (3) copies of which are
on file in the office of the Village Clerk, be and the same
is hereby approved.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
