AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
THE SIGN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF MEACHAM AND
BIESTERFIELD ROADS (STRAWBERRY HILL PLAZA)
BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there is hereby granted a variation
of the size and location requirements of the Sign Ordinance
of the Village of Elk Grove Village to permit those signs
depicted and described on the attached Site Plan and attach-
ments thereto.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shfall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval
according to law.
