HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1785 - 3/11/1986 - ZONING VARIATION/NW CORNER BUSSE & MORSEORDINANCE NO. 1785 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SEC. 3.43 AND A VARIATION OF SEC. 3.9 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTIPLE BUILDINGS ON ONE LOT AND TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF LOADING SPACES REQUIRED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BUSSE ROAD (ROUTE 83) AND MORSE AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (NAGEL AND NAGEL, INC.) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Sec. 3.43 as it pertains to multiple buildings on an individual lot and a variation of Sec. 3.9 as it pertains to off-street loading requirements to permit the construction of multiple buildings on a lot with one principle loading space for property located at the Northwest corner of Busse Road (Route 83) and Morse Avenue, Elk Grove Village; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sec. 3.43 of the Zoning Ordinance and Sec. 3.9 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of multiple buildings on a lot with one loading space required, all as set forth on the Site Plan attached hereto for property located at the Northwest corner of Busse Road (Route 83) and Morse Avenue and legally described as follows: Lot 1 in Rollins Subdivision being a resub- division of Lots 370 and 371 (except the North 187.63 feet of said lots) in Centex Industrial Park Unit 225, being a subdivision in Section 34, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0 t"Wli"2106 Charles J.
