AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 14.322 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE REDUCING THE SPEED LIMIT
ON BIESTERFIELD ROAD BETWEEN ROHLWING ROAD
AND MEACHAM ROAD FROM THIRTY (30) MILES
AN HOUR TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) MILES AN F10UR
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trusteec
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Sec. 14.322, Speed Restrictions, of
the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be
and the same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following language in the first paragraph of said Section:
"On Biesterfield Road between Rohlwing Road and
Meacham Road."
Section 2: That any person, firm or corporation violating
any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject
to a fine of not less than twenty-five ($25.00) dollars nor
more than five hundred ($500.00) dollars for each offense.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
