AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SEC. 3.93 A-3
SPECIAL LOCATION PLAN TO THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
TO PERMIT THE USE OF EXISTING PARKING FACILITIES
OF THE ELK GROVE PARK DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 901 WELLINGTON, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting
duly called and held according to law considered the question
of granting a variation of Sec. 3.93 to the Village of Elk Grove
Village to permit the use of Elk Grove Park District parking
facilities located on the West side of Wellington Avenue for
use by the Village of Elk Grove Village at its Municipal Hall;
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village find and believe that sufficient hardship
exists so as to justify the granting of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sec. 3.93
A-3 Special Location Plan of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
to permit the use of existing Elk Grove Park District parking
facilities located on the West side of Wellington Avenue for
use by the Village of Elk Grove Village at its Municipal Hall
location, 901 Wellington, Elk Grove Village and legally described
as follows:
Lot 4674 in Elk Grove Village Section 15
being a Subdivision in Section 32, Township
41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
