AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 11, SECTION 14.203
THREE-WAY AND FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS; SECTION 14.204 ONE-
WAY AND TWO-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS; SECTION 14.205 YIELD RIGHT-
OF-WAY INTERSECTIONS; SECTION 14.206A DO NOT ENTER; AND SECTION
14.206B ACCESS FOR CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES ONLY OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.203, Three-way and Four-way Stop Inter-
sections of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by deleting
from Paragraph C, No. 18, and adding thereto the following:
33. Ridgewood Road and Higgins Road (Little Higgins)
34. Howard Street and Perrie Drive
35. Park -N -Shop (rear of 7 -Stars) and Little Higgins (Higgins Road)
Section 2: That Section 14.204, One-way and Two-way Stop Intersections
of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by rescinding from
Column "A" and "B" the following;

Section 4: That Section 14.206A, Do Not Enter, and Section 14.206B,
Access for Construction Vehicles Only, of the Municipal Code be and the
same is hereby rescinded.
Section 5: Any person firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
for each offense.
Section 6: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 7: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
