HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1810 - 5/27/1986 - ZONING VARIATION/1561 CALIFORNIANO. 1810 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.55A-2 AS IT RELATES TO PARKING A BOAT IN THE REQUIRED SIDE YARD AREA ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1561 CALIFORNIA, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (KENNEDY) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeal of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held accord- ing to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3.55A-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village to permit the parking of a boat on a hard -surfaced area in the required side area on property located at 1561 California and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.55A-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village to permit the parking of a boat on a hard -surfaced pad within the required side yard on property located at 1561 California and legally described as follows: Lot 11 in Block 12 in Winston Grove Section 21, being a subdivision in the South half of Section 25, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this day 27th of May 1986. APPROVED this day 27th of May 1986.
