AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.52
AND 3.54-C OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE AS SAME RELATE
TO SIDE YARD REGULATIONS TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A FENCE IN THE REQUIRED SIDE YARD SETBACK AREA
OF A CORNER LOT LOCATED AT 600 LOVE STREET,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE (WEST)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held accord-
ing to law, consider the question of granting a variation of
Sections 3.52 and 3.54-C of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
as said Sections relate to required side yard regulations to
permit.the construction of a fence in the required 25 -foot side
yard area of property located at 600 Love Street, Elk Grove
Village, and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation
of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe that sufficient
hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sections
3.52 and 3.54-C of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction
of a fence which would infringe 13� feet in the required 25 -foot
side yard area of a corner lot located at 600 Love Street, Elk
Grove Village, and legally described as follows:
Lot 1693 in Elk Grove Village, Section 4, being
a subdivision in the South half of Section 28 and
the North half of Section 33, both in Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian
in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
