AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL LAND USE
AND ZONING PLAN FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES ZONED
A-3 COMBINED MULTI -FAMILY RECREATIONAL DISTRICT
(CENTEX HOMES MIDWEST, INC., SEC. 27)
WHEREAS, Centex Homes Midwest, Inc., has filed an application
with the Village Clerk of the Village of Elk Grove Village for
approval of a Final Land Use and Zoning Plan for property legally
described on Exhibit A attached hereto pursuant to Sec. 5.37-5
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village;
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village sitting as a Zoning Commission at a public meeting duly
called and held according to law considered the application
for approval of the Final Land Use and Zoning Plan; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having
considered the recommendations and findings of said Zoning Commis-
sion find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village
to approve the Final Land Use and Zoning Plan subject to the
conditions hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the Final Land
Use and Zoning Plan of Centex Homes Midwest, Inc., for property
identified as Sec. 27 (Easthampton) and legally described on
Exhibit A attached hereto, three copies of which are on file
in the office of the Village Clerk.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Land Use and
Zoning Plan is subject to the aprpoval of a landscape plan cover-
ing the placement of plant materials in the vacinity of the
dwelling units within the subject area.
Section 3: That Centex Homes Midwest, Inc., be and is
hereby granted a variation of Sec. 8.004 of the Subdivision
Control Ordinance of the Municipal Code of the Village to permit
a 725 -foot cul de sac length as depicted on said Final Land
Use and Zoning Plan.
Section 4: That Resolution No. 36-86 and any other ordinances
or resolutions in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance
are hereby repealed.
Section 5: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.

RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS
SECTION 27 TOWNHOMES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Section 27 Townhomes
being a subdivision in Section(s) 26 , Township 41
North, Range 31, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully act forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
