HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1818 - 6/24/1986 - REZONE/LUNT & BUSSEORDINANCE NO. 1818 AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE FROM I-2 GENERAL INDUSTRIAL TO B-3 AUTOMOTIVE ORIENTED BUSINESS DISTRICT (RUBIN) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village acting as a zoning commission, conducted a public hearing duly called and held according to law to consider the question of rezoning certain property located at the Southwest corner of Lunt Avenue and Busse Road and legally described hereinafter from I-2 Industrial to B-3 Business; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village that such rezoning be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That the following property be and the same is hereby rezoned from I-2 General Industrial to B-3 Automotive Oriented Business District: The North 187.63 feet of Lots 370 and 371 in Centex Industrial Park Unit 225 being a Subdivision in Section 34, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to amend the zoning map of the Village to reflect the above rezoning. Section 3: That the Village Clerk is authorized to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form. Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
