AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1485
PERTAINING TO BARRICADES ON BIESTERFIELD
ROAD BETWEEN COLUMBIA DRIVE AND MEACHAM ROAD
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village pursuant
to Ordinance No. 1485 established barricades on Biesterfield
Road between Meacham Road and Columbia Drive thereby pro-
hibiting entry onto Biesterfield Road; and
WHEREAS, recent development in the area has caused
Biesterfield Road to be improved between said intersections
so that it is no longer necessary to prohibit entry onto
Biesterfield Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 1485 duly passed and
approved on the 13th day of October 1981, which Ordinance
prohibited entry on Biesterfield Road between Columbia
Drive and Meacham Road, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
