AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.311A, NO RIGHT TURN.OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE,
BY PROHIBITING RIGHT TURNS FROM NERGE ROAD ONTO CUTTER
LANE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 4:00 P.M. AND 7:00 P.M. MONDAY
THRU FRIDAY
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.311A, No Right Turn, be and the same
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
(b) No operator of any vehicle traveling westbound
on Nerge Road shall be permitted to make a
right turn onto Cutter Lane between the hours
of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less
than Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars for each offense.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
