AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT
TO THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO PERMIT
THE ERECTION OF ANTENNA OVER THIRTY-FIVE (35')
FEET IN HEIGHT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1751 GREENLEAF AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk
Grove Village at a public hearing duly called and held accord-
ing to law considered the question of granting a Special
Use Permit to the Village of Elk Grove Village to permit
the construction and erection of an antenna in excess of
thirty-five (35') feet on property located at 1751 Greenleaf
Avenue, and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village find and believe it to be in
the best interest of the Village that said Special Use Permit
be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board.of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit
under the Special Use Provisions of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Elk Grove Village to the Village of Elk
Grove Village to permit the erection of an antenna over
thirty-five (351) feet in height on the Village's well site
located at 1751 Greenleaf Avenue and legally described as
follows:
The west 110.00 feet of the East 553.10 feet
of Lot 19 in Centex Industrial Park, Unit 4,
being a Subdivision in Section 35, Township
41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
