AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 11, SECTION 14.204
ONE-WAY AND TWO-WAY INTERSECTIONS; AND SECTION 14.205, YIELD
RIGHT-OF-WAY INTERSECTIONS, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.204, One-way and Two-way Stop Intersections, of
the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the words Winston
Drive as contained in column "A" where it is shown in conjunction with Beisner
Road and Cosmon Road in column "B" and adding thereto the following:

Eastbound Julie at Newberry
New York, Liberty (south) at Gibson
Section 2: That Section 14.205, Yield Right -of Way Intersections,of the
Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
COLUMN A COLUMN B
Southbound Vermont at Gibson Drive
Northbound New York (east intersection) at Gibson Drive
Southbound Revere at Gibson Drive
Section 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than Twenty-five ($25.00)
Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
