AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE II, SECTION 14.204
ONE-WAY AND TWO-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS; AND SECTION 14.203,
THREE-WAY AND FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS, OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as
follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.204, One-way and Two-way Stop Inter-
sections, of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
A. B.
STOP STREETS LOCATION
Biesterfield Road at Rohlwing Road (Route 53)
Section 2: That Section 14.203, Three-way and Four-way Stop
Intersections, of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
C. All traffic shall stop before entering
in or across the following intersections:
33. Biesterfield Road & Rohlwing Road (Route 53)
Section 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
for each offense.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
