AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO
JUST PANTS, INC. TO PERMIT THE WAREHOUSING AND
DISTRIBUTION OF GOODS, PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIES
IN A B-2 BUSINESS DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk
Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held
according to law considered the question of granting a
Special Use Permit to Just Pants, Inc. pursuant to Sec.
5.52.F of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the
findings of said Plan Commission find and believe it to
be in the best interests of the Village that said Special
Use Permit be granted subject to such conditions as are
hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit
to Just Pants, Inc. to permit the warehousing and distribution
of goods, products and supplies pursuant to Sec. 5.52.F
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village
on property located on Bonaventure Drive and legally described
on the Just Pants, Inc. Site Plan, three (3) copies of
which are on file in the Office of the Village Clerk subject
to the following conditions:
1. That all conditions required by the Plan
Commission as set forth in Sec. 5.52.F of the
Zoning Ordinance be adhered to.
2. That in addition to the conditions set forth
in Sec. 5.52.F of the Zoning Ordinance the Permittee
shall be required to engage in retail sales of
those products or a portion thereof which it
is warehousing or distributing, provided that
Permittee adhers to the parking requirements
of the Village with respect to any floor area
exclusively devoted for retail sales in addition
to all other parking requirements for the non -retail
uses existing on the premises.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
