AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY PROHIBITING PARKING
ON THE EASE SIDE OF COSMAN ROAD WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois, as
follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 14.512 of the Municipal Code of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, which prohibits parking in certain designated areas
within the Village, be amended by adding an additional paragraph thereto
to read as follows:
95, On the east side of Cosman Road from its intersection
with Arlington Heights Road, north to where Cosman Road
curves westbound.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars, nor
more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each offense.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
