ORDINANCE NO. 1742
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23.903M OF ARTICLE IX
(LANE DESIGNATIONS) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY DELETING DESIGNATED FIRE LANES
FOR THE ELK GROVE ESTATES TOWNHOUSE ASSOCIATION II.
Be it Ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as
follows:
Section 1: That Section 23.903 (Lane Designations) of the
Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is
hereby amended by deleting the following in its entirety:
M. The Elk Grove Estates Townhouse Association II:
All areas designated as Fire Lanes on a map entitled,
"Elk Grove Estates Townhouse Association II", which
map is incorporated by reference as a part of Ordinance
Number 1090.
Section 2: That the Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval, and publication according to law.
