AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 575
PERTAINING TO A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR
EMPLOYEE AND CUSTOMER PARKING
1900 LEE STREET, ELK GROVE VILLAGE)
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village pursuant to Ordinance No.
575 did grant a Special Use Permit for employee and customer
parking on property legally described therein; and
WHEREAS, the Owner of said property has advised the
Village of an impending sale and has further advised the
Village that the conditions of said Special Use Permit
pertaining to employee and customer parking are no longer
necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 575 duly passed and
approved by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village on the 12th day of November,
1968 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2: That the property legally described in
said Ordinance, subsequent to the adoption of this Ordinance,
shall retain its original zoning as set forth in the Zoning
Map of the Village of Elk Grove Village.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish to Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion according to law.
