HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1748 - 9/24/1985 - SPECIAL USE/1000 BUSSE/IBTNO. 1 748 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO THE NATIONAL BOULEVARD BANK OF CHICAGO UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT NO. 6847 AND ILLINOIS BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY TO PERMIT CELEPHONE TRANSMISSION EQUIPMENT AND A STRUCTURE THEREOF ON PROPERTY ADJACENT TO 1000 BUSSE ROAD ELK GROVE VILLAGE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit to National Boulevard Bank of Chicago as Trustee under Trust Agreement No. 6847 and Illinois Bell Telephone Company to permit the construction and erection of telephone transmission equipment and a structure to house same on property located adjacent to 1000 Busse Road, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows: Lot 1 in IBT Centex Industrial Park Resubdivision, being a Resubdivision of Lot 384 in Centex Industrial Park, Unit 232, being a Subdivision in the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That the following variations of the Subdivision Control Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village are hereby granted as a part of this Special Use Permit: a) A variation of Sec. 8.004 pertaining to streets shall be granted to permit the structure to exist on property which has no frontage on a public street or the use of a public street or streets to afford convenient access to all property within the Subdivision. b) A variation of Sec. 8.004 pertaining to alleys thus waiving the requirement for alleys on property intended for business, commercial, industrial or multi -family uses. C) A variation of Sec. 8.005 pertaining to the requirement and construction of sanitary sewers throughout the entire Subdivision. d) A variation of Sec. 8.005 as it pertains to the construction of water distribution mains. Section 3: That the above variations shall be in full force and effect provided the property is used exclu- sively for the storing of telephone transmission equipment and houses no employees. Section 4: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form. ction 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
