AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF THE
SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO PERMIT
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PORCH ON PROPERTYLOCATED
AT 1477 HAISE LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE, (CONSTANZA)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting
duly called and held according to law considered the question
of granting a variation of Sec. 3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Elk Grove Village as it relates to structures
in the required side yard to permit the construction of a
porch on property located at 1477 Haise Lane, and legally
described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the
recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe
that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting
of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sec. 3.54
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village
to permit the construction of a porch in the required side yard
on property located at 1477 Haise Lane and legally described
as follows:
Lot 13 in Block 10 in Elk Grove Village Section
20, being a subdivision in Section 36, Township
41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded
in the Recorder's Office of Cook County, Illinois
on August 24, 1973 as document number 22452761 in
Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.

ORDINANCE NO. 1654
An Ordinance Granting a Variation of the Side Yard Requirements
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to
permit the construction of a porch on property located at 1477
Haise Lane, Elk Grove Village, Illinois (Constanza) was duly
adopted by the President and Board of Trustees on July 10, 1984.
Said Ordinance has been published in Pamphlet Form pursuant to
the authority of the President and Board of Trustees, Village of
Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois. Copies
are available at the Village Clerk's Office, Municipal Building,
901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
