HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1655 - 7/10/1984 - ZONING VARIATION/119 & 145 BONDORDINANCE NO. i655 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SEC. 3.54 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE AS IT RELATES TO SIDE AND REAR YARD REQUIRE- MENTS TO PERMIT THE CONNECTION OF TWO EXISTING STRUCTURES ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 119 BOND STREET and 145 BOND STREET, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (BOLTMASTER) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Sec. 3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to side and rear yard requirements to permit the construction of a connection between two existing structures located at 119 Bond Street and 145 Bond Street, which property is legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sec. 3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance as same pertains to rear and side yard requirements to permit the construction of a connection between structures located at 119 Bond Street and 145 Bond Street, which property is legally described as follows: 119 Bond Street The South 125 feet of Lot 22 in Higgins Road Commercial Subdivision Unit No. 1, being a subdivision in the West half of Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof registered in the Office of the Registrar of Titles as Document LR 1795719 and recorded in the Recorder's Office as Document 17204943, in Cook County, Illinois; and 145 Bond Street The South 30 feet of Lot 21 and Lot 22 (except the South 125 feet thereof) in Higgins Road Commercial Subdivision Unit No. 1, being a subdivision in the West half of Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. - Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form. Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. VOTES: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1 ATTEST: Patricia S. Said Ordinance has been published in Pamphlet Form pursuant to the authority of the President and Board of Trustees, Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois. Copies are available at the Village Clerk's Office, Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
