AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
THE ZONING ORDINANCE AS IT RELATES TO
MINIMUM REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS TO PERMIT
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A ROOM ADDITION ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 598 LOWESTOFT LANE,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE (PEDDY)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting
duly called and held according to law considered the question
of granting a variation of Sec. 3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Elk Grove Village to permit the construction
of a room addition which would extend five (5') feet into the
required twenty (201) foot rear yard on property located at
598 Lowestoft Lane, and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the
recommendations of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe
that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting
of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sec. 3.54
of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to minimum rear yard
requirements to permit the construction of a room addition
which would extend five (51) feet into the required twenty (20')
foot rear yard on property located at 598 Lowestoft Lane and
legally described as follows:
Lot 4636 in Elk Grove Village Section 15 being
a Subdivision in Section 32, Township 41 North,
Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.

ORDINANCE NO. 1657
An Ordinance Granting a Variation of the Zoning Ordinance as it
Relates to Minimum Rear Yard Requirements to Permit the construction
of a Room Addition on property located at 598 Lowestoft Lane, Elk
Grove Village (Peddy) was duly adopted by the President and Board
of Trustees on July 10, 1984. Said Ordinance has been published in
Pamphlet Form pursuant to the authority of the President and Board
of Trustees, Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties,
Illinois. Copies are available at the Village Clerk's Office,
Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
