AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE TO PERMIT PARKING OF AUTOMOBILES
IN THE FRONT YARD AND TO PERMIT AN OVER -HANG
GREATER THAN ONE FOOT IN THE REQUIRED FRONT
YARD SET -BACKS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2201 LUNT
AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (VENTURE)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according
to law considered the question of granting a variation of
Sections 3.55C-2 and 3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Elk Grove Village thereby permitting the parking of vehicles
in the front yard and the construction of an over -hang greater
than one foot in the required front yard set -back at property
located at 2201 Lunt Avenue, Elk Grove Village and legally
described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings
of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient
hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there is hereby granted a variation of
Sec. 3.55C-2 and Sec. 3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Elk Grove Village to LaSalle National Bank, as Trustee under
Trust No. 104494 to permit the parking of vehicles in the front
yard at 2201 Lunt Avenue and to permit an over -hang greater
than one foot in the required set -back on both the Lunt and
Nicholas Boulevard frontages, on property located at 2201 Lunt
Avenue, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows:
The West 516.68 feet of Lot 13 in Centex
Industrial Park Unit No. 3, being a subdivision
in Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County, Illinois, according to the plat thereof,
recorded in the Recorder's Office of Cook
County, Illinois on May 1, 1959, as Document No.
17525861 and filed in the Office of the Registrar
of Titles as Docuemtn No. LR 1858615.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
