AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SEC. 12.003
PEP14ITTED SIGNS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO PERMIT THE
CONSTRUCTION OF TWO FREE STANDING IDENTIFICATION
SIGNS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER
OF BUSSE ROAD AND OAKTON STREET, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(SIXPENCE INNS OF AMERICA, INC.)
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of
Sec. 12.003 Permitted Signs of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Villate to Sixpence Inns of America, Inc.,
to permit two (2) twenty-eight foot by seven foot (28' X 7')
double-faced free standing identification signs at the Southwest
corner of Busse Road and Oakton Street, one such sign to be
facing Busse Road and one such sign to be facing Oakton Street.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval
according to law.
