AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SEC. 3.54
AND SEC. 5.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PERTAINING TO
STRUCTURES IN ANY FRONT, SIDE OR REAR YARD
AREA AND THE TEN (10') FOOT SIDE YARD REQUIREMENT
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1301 TONNE ROAD AND 1355
TONNE ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, tiie Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held
according to law considered the question of granting a varia-
tion of Sec. 3.54 as it pertains to structures in any front,
side or rear yard area and Sec. 5.1 requirement for ten (10')
foot side yard area of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
to permit the construction of a connection between two (2)
buildings located at 1301 Tonne Road and 1355 Tonne Road
and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the
finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that
sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of
said variations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sec. 3.54
and Sec. 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk
Grove Village to ERICH & MARLIS BLEY (Contract Purchasers) and
CHICAGO TITLE & TRUST COMPANY TRUST #1074370 (Owners of Record)
to permit the construction of a connection between two (2)
buildings located at 1301 Tonne road and 1355 Tonne Road and
legally described as follows:
PARCEL 1: 1301 Tonne Road - Lot 294 in Centex Industrial
Park Unit 174, being a Subdivision in the North
Half of Section 34, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County, Illinois,
PARCEL 2: 1355 Tonne Road - Lot 295 in Centex Industrial
Park Unit 174, being a Subdivision in the North
Half of Section 34, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County, Illinois.
subject to the condition that any change in ownership of either
the building located at 1301 Tonne Road or the building located
at 1355 Tonne Road, will automatically terminate the variation
granted herein and immediately require the removal of said
enclosed corridor connection.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
