AN ORDINANCE DELETING SECTION 2.108, SALARY -VILLAGE PRESIDENT,
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
SECTION l: That Article 1, General Provisions, of Chapter 2, of the
Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom Section 2.108, Salary -Village
President.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

APPROVED this 25th day of September 1984.
