AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SIGN VARIATION TO
WENDY'S RESTAURANT, 900 BUSSE ROAD, ELK GROVE
VILLAGE, TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
THREE HUNDRED FOUR (304') SQUARE FOOT DOUBLE-
FACED ILLUMINATED SIGN
BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That there is hereby granted a variation
of the Sign Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village as
it pertains to permitted signs for B-2 Businesses located within
the I-1 Zoned District to permit the construction of a three hundred
four (304') square foot double -face illuminated sign for WENDY'S
RESTAURANT on property located at 900 Busse Road, Elk Grove
Village.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
