AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
SEC. 5.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO
PERMIT A LOADING ENCLOSURE FOR AN
EXISTING DOUBLE TRUCK DOCK ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2390 UNITED LANE, ELK GROVE
VILLAGE (WENDT)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held
according to law considered the question of granting a variation
of Sec. 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village as it pertains to rear yard requirements to permit a
loading enclosure for the existing double truck dock on
property located at 2390 United Lane and legally described
hereinafter; and
WHEREAS; the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the recor%.mendation
of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient
hardship exists so as to warrant the.granting of said
variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook
and DuPage Counties, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sec. 5.1
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village
as it pertains to rear yard requirements to Brian R. Wendt as
General Partner of 2390 Partnership to permit a loading
enclosure for the existing double truck dock located at 2390
United Lane and legally described as follows:
Lot 47 in Wilsons Subdivision in Devon -O'Hare
Industrial Park Unit Number Two, being a subdivision
of the South 140 feet of the North 600 feet of
that part of the Northeast quarter lying West of
United Lane and lying East of the West line of the
East half of the West half of the Northeast quarter
of Section 2, Township 40 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, in DuPage County,
Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
