AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.206B, ACCESS FOR CONSTRUCTION
VEHICLES ONLY, BY LIMITING THE TRAFFIC ON BEISNER ROAD AND COS -
MAN ROAD, AND DELETING SECTIONS 14.208 AND 14.209 OF THE MUNICI-
PAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.2068, Access for Construction Vehicles
Only, of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the
same is hereby amended by adding thereto new paragraphs, Nos. 2 and 3,
which shall read as follows:
14.206B - Access for Construction Vehicles Only.
2. Beisner Road from Winston Drive
to Cosman Road.
3. Cosman Road from Beisner Road
to Winston Drive.
Section 2: That Sections 14.208 and 14.209 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village be deleted in its entirety.
Section 3: That Section 14.208, Penalties, of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village be amended to read as follows:
14.208 - Penalties. Any person, firm or corporation
violating any provisions of this article•
shall be fined not less than Twenty-five
($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred
($500.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 4: The Chief of Police or his designated agent shall post
or cause to be posted such signs as are deemed necessary to carry out
the provisions of this Ordinance.
Section 5: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
for each offense. =&
Section 6: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
